Our toothpaste contains 12 ingredients + water, compared to the industry average of 20-25. Free shipping on orders $30 and over. Flat shipping fee of $5 for orders less than $30.
OJOOK's preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please allow additional processing and delivery time as a result of the holiday season compounded by the global pandemic. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday via our shipping carrier, USPS. Orders may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. It can take up to 24 business hours for the tracking number to become active and viewable on the USPS website.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, it can take up to 24 business hours for it to become active on the USPS website. If you are still unable to view it after this time, please contact the Customer Care team.
We suggest that you take the following steps below to locate your delivered order.
1. Ask your neighbors or doorman if they have mistakenly received your package. This is the most common reason as to why packages are not received.
2. Wait another 48-72 hours for your package to arrive. The tracking code may show as ‘delivered’ but it could take additional time.
3. The carrier may have tried placing it at a safe location. We suggest you to check: mailbox, porch, garage, any areas out of potential weather hazards, other entrances or doors near your residence.
4. Contact USPS and file a claim with them. In addition, please contact the OJOOK Customer Care team.
In the case of a refund, the appropriate tax amount of your order will be refunded. Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the cause of the refund is an error from OJOOK. Refunds will be issued in its original form of payment you used when placing your order.
Based on your financial institution and processing times, it may take up to 7-14 days for a refund to be processed and updated on your bank statement.
If you would like to make a return, you have 5 business days from the day you receive your order’s delivery confirmation email. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team.
The items must be in unaltered condition, original packaging with the seal unopened to be qualified for a return. OJOOK reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not meet our standards.
Once the return request is approved you will be provided with a prepaid return label and instructions through email on how to return your order.
Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund. Based on your financial institution and processing times, it may take up to 7-14 days for a refund to be processed and updated on your bank statement.
We are unable to refund you the difference or offer price adjustments. However, if you choose to return the item, please review our return policy.
As a small business, OJOOK does not offer exchanges at this time unless the cause of the exchange is an error from OJOOK. If you are unsatisfied or the items are damaged, please contact our Customer Care team.
We try to fulfill orders as soon as they are created with the information provided by the customer. Due to the short time frame when orders are made to when they are fulfilled in our warehouse, we are not able to guarantee that orders can be cancelled or modified.

If the items you have received are damaged, please contact the Customer Care team. Please note that because our tubes are made of recyclable aluminum, which is more sensitive to pressure than plastic, the shape of the bottle itself may get distorted during transit. However, the contents should be perfectly safe to use as long as there are no openings or tears in the tube itself.

We ask that you are correctly inputting your card number, security code, expiry date, and the name registered with the credit card. If your payments continue to get declined, please contact the Customer Care team.
We recommend that you finish using our toothpaste six months after opening.
