HOW TO USE

Apply a small amount of toothpaste to a dry toothbrush, brush, and rinse using gentle circular motions. Formulated without fluoride, it is safe if swallowed. Suitable for ages 0-12. Store at room temperature. Do not use if the aluminum tube is punctured or damaged before opening.

Clean toothpaste that my kids love - finally!
Why is it so difficult to brush toddler's teeth? All that tossing and turning is crazy. And am I the only mom who's so crazy worried about all the fluoride that my daughter is swallowing every time I brush her teeth? I finally feel very safe to use Ojook kids version, because it seems like there's really nothing bad in it. I used to wipe out the excess toothpaste out of my 18months old mouth, and now with Ojook kids I don't need to do that at all. That makes the toothbrushing time little bit easier for everybody. I tasted this myself, just because I was wondering how salty it would be, but I really didn't taste anything! Truly pleasant to know it's unflavored, no mintyness, no crazy sugary taste or colors. I would recommend to anyone who's struggling to find a pure toothpaste for younger kids.

If you would like to make a return, you have 5 business days from the day you receive your order’s delivery confirmation email. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@ojookcare.com.

The items must be in unaltered condition, original packaging with the seal unopened to be qualified for a return. OJOOK reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not meet our standards.

Once the return request is approved you will be provided with a prepaid return label and instructions through email on how to return your order.

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund. Based on your financial institution and processing times, it may take up to 7-14 days for a refund to be processed and updated on your bank statement.

We suggest that you take the following steps below to locate your delivered order.

1. Ask your neighbors or doorman if they have mistakenly received your package. This is the most common reason as to why packages are not received.

2. Wait another 48-72 hours for your package to arrive. The tracking code may show as ‘delivered’ but it could take additional time.

3. The carrier may have tried placing it at a safe location. We suggest you to check: mailbox, porch, garage, any areas out of potential weather hazards, other entrances or doors near your residence.

4. Contact carrier service (UPS or USPS) and file a claim with them. In addition, please contact the OJOOK Customer Care team at hello@ojookcare.com.
