Your subscription is an AUTOMATIC recurring order that processes payment on the day and interval that you select. As the customer, you are responsible for cancelling or modifying orders as needed.


FIRST ORDER 

Your first subscription order will process instantly and ship the next business day (Monday to Friday, with the exception of national holidays).

 

EMAILS

Please ensure that your email server does not filter messages from hello@ojookcare.com as spam or junk. OJOOK  will send you an automatic reminder email 7 days before each upcoming order. At this time, please make any needed changes to your upcoming order or contact hello@ojookcare.com for assistance.


AUTO-RENEWAL ORDERS 

Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, which can be done through your Account Settings [https://ojookcare.com/account/login], any subscription services, such as any auto-replacing products (“Subscription Services”), you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate.


Orders will automatically process on the day that is listed in your account, at the interval you choose. You may change your interval and upcoming order date, as well as skip upcoming shipments, through your Customer Account Settings [https://ojookcare.com/account/login].


CUSTOMER ACCOUNT 

Please note that customer accounts are optional at the time of checkout. We recommend create a customer account at [https://ojookcare.com/account/login] using your email address in order to access the subscription service and your subscription details.


CANCELLATIONS 

To cancel your subscription, skip an order, or reschedule your next order, please visit the Manage Subscription page of your customer account [https://ojookcare.com/account/login] or contact OJOOK customer support at least 7 days in advance of your order. 


There is no limit to the subscription length. You may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. All fees related to Subscription Services are fully earned upon payment.

 

OJOOK cannot accommodate cancellations on or after the day that your payment processes.


ONE-TIME ORDERS

If you do not wish to sign up for an automatic recurring order, please navigate back to the product page and leave "one-time purchase" selected before adding the item to your cart. The subscription product will need to be removed from your cart.


FAILED ORDERS

If we are unable to process your payment for an existing subscription due to a failed payment attempt (declined or expired credit card), your order will automatically attempt to process each day until payment processes. You will receive an email notification for each failed payment attempt. After 2 consecutive failed payment attempts, your subscription will automatically cancel.


REAFFIRMATION OF AUTHORIZATION

Your non-termination or continued use of a Paid Service (including Subscription Services) reaffirms that we are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that Paid Service. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when you initially selected to use the Paid Service.
