Shipping policy

Currently, OJOOK only ships to the United States excluding Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories at this time.

OJOOK's preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday via our shipping carrier, USPS. Orders may take anywhere from 1-8 business days depending on your location.

Please allow additional processing and delivery time as a result of current health and safety measures. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. It can take up to 24 business hours for the tracking number to become active and viewable on the USPS website.
