Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you can. However we are not able to guarantee that orders can be cancelled or modified, due to the short time frame when orders are made to when they are fulfilled in our warehouse.
If you would like to make a return, you have 5 business days from the day you receive your order’s delivery confirmation email. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The items must be in unaltered condition, original packaging with the seal unopened to be qualified for a return. OJOOK reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not meet our standards.
Once the return request is approved you will be provided with a prepaid return label and instructions through email on how to return your order.
Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund. Based on your financial institution and processing times, it may take up to 7-14 days for a refund to be processed and updated on your bank statement.
We suggest that you take the following steps below to locate your delivered order.
1. Ask your neighbors or doorman if they have mistakenly received your package. This is the most common reason as to why packages are not received.
2. Wait another 48-72 hours for your package to arrive. The tracking code may show as ‘delivered’ but it could take additional time.
3. The carrier may have tried placing it at a safe location. We suggest you to check: mailbox, porch, garage, any areas out of potential weather hazards, other entrances or doors near your residence.
4. Contact carrier service (UPS or USPS) and file a claim with them. In addition, please contact the OJOOK Customer Care team at email@example.com.
